Introduction
HEMOTAG TABLET is a combination of Cyanocobalamin, Folic acid and Sodium feredetate which belongs to the group of medicines called Haematinics. It is used for the management of anaemia caused by iron deficiency. HEMOTAG TABLET increases haemoglobin, where cyanocobalamin and folic acid are essential for the synthesis and repair of DNA and they act as cofactors in biological reactions, which are required to make fresh RBCs, manage anaemia and for the regular working of the brain and nervous system. Sodium fedetate is an important component of haemoglobin and myoglobin (a pigment that stores oxygen in muscle).
Directions for Use
Take HEMOTAG TABLET as advised by your physician. Swallow it with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration for you based on your age, body weight and disease condition.
