HATRIC 2 ORAL DROPS relieves cold symptoms where phenylephrine decreases nasal congestion by acting on α1-adrenergic receptors in the small vessels of the nasal mucosa to produce constriction, resulting in decreased swelling and increased drainage of the sinus cavities and chlorpheniramine binds to the histamine H1 receptor and blocks its action, resulting in temporary relief of the negative symptoms (runny nose, sneezing, watery and itchy eyes) brought on by histamine.
Directions for Use
Give HATRIC 2 ORAL DROPS to your child as advised by the physician. Shake well before use. Use a measuring cup to properly measure the dose. Your child’s doctor will decide the correct dose and duration of HATRIC 2 ORAL DROPS for your child depending upon child’s age, body weight and disease condition.
Side Effects
HATRIC 2 ORAL DROPS are nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, dizziness and tiredness. Consult your child’s doctor if any of the side effects worsen. Drug Interactions

Drug - Drug interactions: Before giving HATRIC 2 ORAL DROPS to your child, inform to child’s doctor if your child is taking or receiving any of the following medicines: medicines used to manage depression (Ex. selegiline, phenelzine, amitriptyline) ephedrine (used to manage low blood pressure) phenytoin (used to manage epilepsy) digoxin (used to manage irregular heartbeat) medicines used to manage anxiety and induce sleep (Ex. alprazolam, chlordiazepoxide, clonazepam) Overdosage: If you or anyone else accidentally take too much of HATRIC 2 ORAL DROPS, contact your doctor immediately or visit a nearby hospital. Overdosage symptoms of HATRIC 2 ORAL DROPS includes extreme sleepiness, confusion, weakness, ringing in the ears, blurred vision, large pupils, dry mouth, flushing, fever, shaking, insomnia, hallucinations and possibly seizures.
