GRAVOL 50MG TABLET is used in adults and children (above 12 years of age) to manage the symptoms of travel sickness such as nausea, vomiting, and dizziness. Consult your doctor before taking GRAVOL 50MG TABLET.

If you or anyone else accidentally takes too much of GRAVOL 50MG TABLET, consult your doctor immediately or visit the nearby hospital. Symptoms of overdosage are dilated pupils, reddened face, excitation, hallucinations, confusion, irritation of the stomach and intestines (causing nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea), alterations in movement, seizures, or sudden reduction in respiratory and heart functions.

The most common side effects associated with the use of GRAVOL 50MG TABLET are drowsiness, dizziness, impaired coordination, headache, abdominal discomfort, thickened sputum, and dryness of mucous membranes. Consult your doctor if any of the side effect worsens.

GRAVOL 50MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients who are allergic to dimenhydrinate or diphenhydramine. It is also not recommended for use in patients having asthmatic attacks, and porphyria (a rare genetic disorder that causes nerve or skin problems), which is also not indicated for use in children (aged 2 to 12 years). GRAVOL 50MG TABLET works by reducing body’s equilibrium disturbances and blocks certain receptors (responsible for causing nausea, vomiting, and dizziness) which results in managing the occurrence of travel sickness and its associated symptoms.

GRAVOL 50MG TABLET should be used with caution in elderly patients (aged 65 years and above) as it may cause dry mouth, urine retention, nausea, sedation, confusion, and low blood pressure. Consult your doctor before taking GRAVOL 50MG TABLET.

Yes. GRAVOL 50MG TABLET might cause sensitivity due to intense exposure to sunlight. If you experience such side effect, then try to avoid exposure to the sun (even if it is cloudy) and ultraviolet lamps while taking GRAVOL 50MG TABLET. It is advisable to avoid exposure to very high temperatures and follow suitable hygiene and dietary measures, such as appropriate aeration and hydration to avoid this undesirable effect.

Do not drive or operate any machine if you experience drowsiness or a reduced ability to react after taking GRAVOL 50MG TABLET. Consult your doctor before taking this medicine.

GRAVOL 50MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients having asthma attacks. It should be used with caution in patients with serious respiratory illnesses such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, emphysema or chronic bronchitis. Consult your doctor before taking GRAVOL 50MG TABLET.
