It has two medicines namely formoterol and glycopyrronium. Formoterol is a bronchodilator which actively produces relaxation to the smooth muscles in the airway managing constriction of smooth muscles and breathing difficulty. Glycopyrronium is a muscarinic antagonist that blocks the receptors of the smooth muscles causing constriction producing dilation of the bronchial muscles and reducing the bronchial secretions.
