Introduction
Geroz LP Tablet is a health supplement used to manage chronic kidney disease induced anaemia, iron deficiency anaemia, post operative anaemia, and loss of appetite. It contains elemental iron and vitamins like ascorbic acid, folic acid, and methylcobalamin which helps to increase iron stores in the body by ensuring a better gastrointestinal absorption thus managing anaemia in affected individuals. Liposomal ferric pyrophosphate (elemental iron) is a haematinic agent which passes through stomach undamaged and unaltered resulting in better gastrointestinal absorption thus increasing higher bioavailability of iron stores in the body. Ascorbic acid is an antioxidant which helps in improving iron absorption and haemoglobin recovery.
