INTRODUCTION ABOUT FOLOUP CV 100/62.5MG DRY SYRUPFOLOUP CV 100/62.5MG DRY SYRUP is a combination of Cefpodoxime and Clavulanic acid which belongs to the group of medicines called Cephalosporins and Beta-lactamase inhibitors, respectively. FOLOUP CV 100/62.5MG DRY SYRUP is used in children to manage mild to moderate infections such as otitis media (middle ear infection), nose & throat infections, respiratory tract infection, urinary tract infection, reproductive tract infection, and skin infection. FOLOUP CV 100/62.5MG DRY SYRUP is not recommended for use in children allergic to Cefpodoxime, Clavulanic acid, and/or other cephalosporin group of antibiotics. It is also not recommended for use in children suffering from galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency (lactose intolerance), and glucose-galactose malabsorption (condition marked by body’s inability to absorb glucose and galactose sugars).
