FLUCORT N SKIN CREAM helps to manage pain and infection, where Fluocinolone is a Corticosteroid works by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins which are responsible for pain and inflammation and neomycin is an aminoglyco
Directions for Use
Apply FLUCORT N SKIN CREAM as directed by your physician. It is for external use only. Wash your hands with soap and water and apply a thin layer of the medicine to the affected area of the skin and rub it gently. Avoid contact with the eyes. Do not cover or wrap or bandage the skin unless directed by the doctor.
Side Effects
this medicine are burning, itching redness, stinging or irritation, dryness, folliculitis (inflammation of hair follicles), hypertrichosis (increased hair growth), white or pruned skin or pale patches of skin, stretch marks, pimples, rash, heat rash, change in skin colour of the managed area. Contact your physician if any of the symptoms worsen. Contact your doctor before applying it. Use in Geriatrics: FLUCORT N SKIN CREAM should be used with caution in elderly patients (aged 65 years or above). Contact your doctor before applying it.
Drug Interactions
SA. Drug-Drug interactions: Tell your doctor if you are applying for or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription, vitamin supplements or herbal products. Overdosage: If you or anyone else accidentally use too much of FLUCORT N SKIN CREAM or if you or a child accidentally swallow the medicine, consult your doctor immediately or visit the nearby hospital. Symptoms of overdose are reversible hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis suppression, manifestations of Cushing's syndrome, hyperglycaemia and glucosuria, thinning of the skin, bruising easily, changes in body fat (especially in the face, neck, back and waist), increased pimples or facial hair, menstrual problems, impotence or loss of interest in sex.
