Introduction
FLEXOPROL TABLET contains Oxaceprol which belongs to the group of medicines called Anti-inflammatory agents. It is used to manage pain associated with osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis in adult patients. Osteoarthritis is most common form of arthritis affecting weight bearing joints like hand, knees, hip and spine causing joint pain, stiffness, decreased range of motion, tenderness and swelling. Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune and chronic progressive inflammatory disease affecting hands, wrist, knees and feet characterised by joint pain, stiffness, tenderness in joints, weight loss, fever, fatigue and weakness. FLEXOPROL TABLET helps to relieve pain and swelling of the joints by managing the entry of white blood cells into the joints and inhibits inflammation.
Directions for Use
Take FLEXOPROL TABLET as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicines with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. It should be taken before meals. Your physician will decide the correct dose and duration for you depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition.

Drug-Drug interactions: Before taking FLEXOPROL TABLET, inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicine: vitamin K antagonist Ex. warfarin (medicines used to manage or manage blood clots) antihypertensives (medicines used for high blood pressure) Ex. enalapril methotrexate (used to manage rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis) lithium (used to manage mania) Overdosage: If you or anyone else accidentally take too much of FLEXOPROL TABLET, consult your doctor immediately or visit the nearby hospital.
