Fertyl-F Tablet is a dietary supplement used in the management of female infertility/polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). It contains antioxidants, multivitamins, amino acid, minerals, myo-inositol, D-chiro inositol and melatonin as active ingredients to manage female infertility. Myo-inositol reduces the amount of gonadotropin required for ovarian stimulation, improves egg numbers and quality. D-chiro inositol increases the action of insulin in patients, thereby improving ovulatory function and decreasing serum androgen concentration. Melatonin may affect ovarian microenvironment by improving insulin resistance. Antioxidants can regulate lipid metabolism and vascular endothelial cell function. Multivitamins manages old hormones from accumulating in the body and has beneficial effects on insulin metabolism of women with PCOS. Amino acids are essential nutrients required for life activity and play vital roles in numerous physiological processes. Always take Fertyl-F Tablet as advised by the doctor. Swallow the medicine as a whole with a glass of water and do not crush or chew the medicine. Recommended dosage is one or two tablets daily after meals or as directed by the doctor.
