Introduction

Ferozinc Tablet belongs to Haematinic, used to manage, and manage anaemia related to iron, folic acid, and vitamin B12 deficiency in pregnancy and helps to boost immune system and also helps in growth and development. It contains Ferrous Fumarate, Cyanocobalamin, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride Ascorbic Acid, Zinc Sulphate and L Methyl Folate as an active ingredient which is used to manage anaemia. Ferrous Fumarate, Cyanocobalamin and L Methyl Folate is an essential component that body needs to produce red blood cells and healthy cells. Thus, helps to manage anaemia. Pyridoxine Hydrochloride is important for the many processes in the body. Ascorbic Acid is needed for the body to develop and function properly. It plays an important role in immune function. Zinc Sulphate is important for growth and for the development and health of body tissues. Always take Ferozinc Tablet as advised by the physician. One tablet twice a day Swallow the Ferozinc Tablet with a whole glass of water. Don’t crush, chew, or break the tablet. Your doctor will decide the appropriate dose and frequency for you based upon your age, body weight and disease condition. If any of its components cause your allergies, avoid using it. Ferozinc Tablet should not be used in pregnant and breastfeeding woman, without physicians’ advice. Contact your doctor before taking Ferozinc Tablet. Ferozinc Tablet is not recommended if you have iron overload syndrome or red blood cell disorders (such as haemolytic anemia). Ferozinc Tablet should be used with caution in patients with eye disease (Leber's optic neuropathy), a certain blood disorder (polycythemia vera), gout, iron or folic acid or vitamin B12 deficiency anemia or pernicious anemia, low potassium blood levels (hypokalaemia), food absorption problems, stomach/intestinal surgery (such as gastric bypass or bowel resection), stomach/intestinal disease (such as Crohn's disease, colitis, diverticulitis, pancreatic insufficiency), irradiation of the small bowel, who undergo blood transfusions, kidney disease, G6PD deficiency, kidney stones, diabetes, seizure or epilepsy, bipolar disorder.
