USES OF ETORNEXT TH 4MG TABLET Manage osteoarthritis, painful syndromes of the vertebral column, rheumatism not related to joint, painful muscle spasms in acute spinal pathologies and pain following trauma and surgical interventions HOW ETORNEXT TH 4MG TABLET WORKSETORNEXT TH 4MG TABLET is a combination of Etodolac, which works by blocking the release of some chemical substances in the body that are responsible for the pain and inflammation at the site of injury and thiocolchicoside, a skeletal muscle relaxant that modifies the action of a chemical substance produced in the brain with anti-inflammatory and pain-reducing properties to work in the brain and spinal cord. This collective action is useful in providing relief from pain and muscle stiffness or spasm. DIRECTIONS FOR USETake ETORNEXT TH 4MG TABLET as advised by your physician. SIDE EFFECTS OF ETORNEXT TH 4MG TABLETCOMMON fatigue stomach pain dizziness anxiety and depression blurred vision ringing sensation in ears indigestion diarrhoea flatulence, constipation nausea and vomiting blood in stools or dark stools skin rash with itching painful and frequent urination involuntary shaking of hands and fever excessive sleepiness RAREStop taking ETORNEXT TH 4MG TABLET and contact your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following side effects: signs of allergic reactions (extensive skin rash with peeling or blistering of the skin and continuous itching; swelling of the face, lips, mouth or tongue leading to wheezing, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath) signs of gastrointestinal ulceration and haemorrhage (passing blood in your stools or black tarry stools and vomiting any blood or dark particles that look like coffee grounds) signs of liver failure (yellowing of the eyes or skin, abdominal pain and swelling)

ALCOHOLAvoid alcohol intake while taking ETORNEXT TH 4MG TABLET. KIDNEYETORNEXT TH 4MG TABLET should be used with caution in patients with impaired kidney function. Consult your doctor for advice. LIVERETORNEXT TH 4MG TABLET should be used with caution in patients with impaired liver function. Consult your doctor for advice. ALLERGYDo not take ETORNEXT TH 4MG TABLET if you are hypersensitive to etodolac and/or compounds containing thiocolchicoside and patients developing allergic reactions during management with aspirin or other NSAID drugs. LUNGSETORNEXT TH 4MG TABLET should be taken with caution in patients with a history of bronchial asthma rhinitis or urticaria. Consult your doctor for advice. HEART DISEASEETORNEXT TH 4MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with heart failure, immediately before or after bypass and cardiac surgery. It should be used with caution in patients with impaired heart function, fluid retention and high blood pressure. Consult your doctor for advice. OTHERSETORNEXT TH 4MG TABLET is not recommended for use if you: have or had peptic ulcers (including gastrointestinal haemorrhage due to other NSAIDs drugs) have relaxed paralysis have muscle hypotonia Before taking ETORNEXT TH 4MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you: have epilepsy Use in Pediatrics: ETORNEXT TH 4MG TABLET is generally not recommended for use in children and adolescents (below 16 years of age). Drug Interactions
SA. Drug-Drug interactions: Before taking ETORNEXT TH 4MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicine: other pain-relieving medicines (aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, diclofenac, phenylbutazone) warfarin (a medicine used to manage blood clots) cyclosporin (a medicine used following organ transplantation) digoxin, frusemide (a medicine used for managing heart problems) lithium (a medicine used for managing mental illness) probenecid (a medicine used in the management of gout) methotrexate (a medicine used to manage rheumatoid arthritis) tacrolimus, prednisolone, zidovudine (a medicine used to suppress the immune system) ciprofloxacin (a medicine used in managing bacterial infections) mifepristone (a medicine used to induce abortion) Overdosage: If you or anyone else accidentally take too much of ETORNEXT TH 4MG TABLET, consult your doctor immediately or visit the nearby hospital.
