INTRODUCTION ABOUT ENZIGEST 10000 CAPSULEEnzigest 10000 Capsule is a pancreatic enzyme supplement used to manage pancreatic exocrine insufficiency (pancreas does not make enough enzymes to digest food) associated with chronic pancreatitis, cystic fibrosis or any other pancreatic disease. It contains pancreatin as an active ingredient to aid in digesting the food. Pancreatin is a mixture of lipase, protease and amylase which helps in breaking down fat, protein and starch respectively in the small intestine. Hence, aiding in digesting the food as it passes through the gut. Always take Enzigest 10000 Capsule as advised by your doctor. Swallow the medicine as a whole with a glass of water and do not chew or open the contents of the medicine. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
