Introduction

INTRODUCTION ABOUT ENUFF 10MG SACHETENUFF 10MG SACHET contains Racecadotril which belongs to the group of medicines called Antidiarrheals. It is indicated in the management of acute diarrhoea in children over 3 months of age along with abundant liquid intake and the usual dietary measures. Acute diarrhea is a sudden onset of three or more loose stools per day, lasting less than 14 days. Symptoms associated with diarrhoea includes abdominal cramps and pain, nausea, vomiting and severely it may cause blood or pus in the stool. Before giving ENUFF 10MG SACHET to your child, inform child’s doctor if your child has kidney or liver disease, sucrose intolerance, blood or pus in stools, fever, chronic diarrhoea or diarrhoea induced by antibiotics, prolonged or uncontrolled vomiting and diabetes. How It Works

ENUFF 10MG SACHET helps in the management of diarrhoea as it has an antisecretory mechanism. It acts on the naturally occurring substances in our body called endogenous opioids (enkephalins) and manages their degradation which reduces the secretion of water and electrolytes in the intestine without disturbing the movements of the intestines.

Directions for Use

Always give ENUFF 10MG SACHET to your child as directed by the physician. The granules of ENUFF 10MG SACHET should be added to food or mixed with water in a glass or baby bottle. Mix thoroughly and give immediately to your child. Do not stop giving the medicine without informing your child’s doctor. To compensate for the loss of liquid due to your child’s diarrhoea, ENUFF 10MG SACHET should be used together with an adequate replacement of fluid and salts such as oral rehydration solution. Your child’s doctor will decide the correct dose and duration of ENUFF 10MG SACHET for your child depending upon the age, body weight and disease condition.
