Introduction
INTRODUCTIONENDOBLOC 5MG contains Ambrisentan which belongs to a group of medicines called other antihypertensives. It is used to manage pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). PAH is high blood pressure in the blood vessels (the pulmonary arteries) that carry blood from the heart to the lungs. It widens the pulmonary arteries, making it easier for the heart to pump blood through them. This lowers the blood pressure and relieves the symptoms. It may also be used in combination with other medicines used to manage PAH. Take ENDOBLOC 5MG according to the dose and frequency as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break the medicine. Do not drive or operate machinery while taking this medicine, since it may cause low blood pressure, dizziness, tiredness.
