Introduction
INTRODUCTIONENDOBLOC 10MG contains Ambrisentan which belongs to a group of medicines called Endothelin receptor antagonist. It is used in adults to manage pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) which is also used in combination with other medicines to manage pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) which is a type of high blood pressure in the blood vessels that carry blood from the heart to the lungs which is characterized by symptoms such as tiredness, dizziness and shortness of breath. Ambrisentan is an endothelin receptor antagonist which works by blocking endothelin (a substance made by the body that cause blood vessels to narrow) that results in the narrowing of blood vessel which cause increased pressure required to push the blood through the lungs to get oxygen resulting in the decreased pulmonary blood pressure to the heart thereby causing regulation of the blood pressure. Along with this management, your doctor might advise you for a regular blood test to check for anemia and regular functioning of your liver. Avoid taking ENDOBLOC 10MG if you have idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (lung disease that ca

How It Works
ENDOBLOC 10MG works by blocking endothelin (a substance made by the body that cause blood vessels to narrow and also cause abnormal muscle growth in the walls of the blood vessels in the lungs) which results in the narrowing of blood vessel thereby resulting in the increased pressure required to push the blood through the lungs to get oxygen. By blocking endothelin and causing vessels to relax, Ambrisentan decreases the pulmonary blood pressure to the heart and improves its function which results in the regulation of blood pressure.
