INTRODUCTION ABOUT DROPIZIN SOOTHING PEPPERMINT FLAVOUR SYRUPDROPIZIN SOOTHING PEPPERMINT FLAVOUR SYRUP is a combination of Chlorpheniramine and Levodropropizine which belongs to the group of medicines called Antihistamines and Cough suppressants respectively. It is used to manage dry cough due to various reasons. It is also used to manage allergic cough, hay fever, common cold, watery eyes, itchy throat/skin, rhinitis, urticaria. Avoid consumption of alcohol while taking this medicine as this may lead to unwanted effects. DROPIZIN SOOTHING PEPPERMINT FLAVOUR SYRUP is not recommended for use in patients with severe liver disease. Contact your doctor before taking. DROPIZIN SOOTHING PEPPERMINT FLAVOUR SYRUP helps to manage dry cough, where Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine works by blocking the histamine H1 receptor and manages the release of histamine (which normally produces symptoms of sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and runny nose) and Levodropropizine is a cough suppressant which relieves cough by activity on the cough centre in the brain.
Directions for Use
