It reduces pain sensation initially by cooling the skin followed by warming it up. Methyl Salicylate is a skin irritant and rubefacient. It reduces pain sensation by causing a mild skin irritation and redness. Both menthol and methyl salicylate also improve blood circulation in the applied regions that may help in fast recovery. Apply Dolokind Gel on the affected areas as advised by your doctor. It is for external use only. Wash your hands before and after using Dolokind Gel.
