INTRODUCTION ABOUT DOLODART DS SUSPENSIONDolodart DS Suspension is an analgesic to relieve mild to moderate pain in paediatric patients. It contains Paracetamol as an active ingredient to lower fever, common cold or flu. Paracetamol relieves pain by increasing the pain threshold by inhibiting certain enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2) involved in the synthesis of chemicals responsible for inducing pain (prostaglandins). It reduces fever by directly acting on heat-regulating centres in the brain, resulting in vessel relaxation, sweating and loss of body heat. Take Dolodart DS Suspension as advised by your doctor. Shake well before use. Take one teaspoon 3-4 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. It should be used with caution in patients with liver or kidney problems.
