INTRODUCTION ABOUT DOLODART 120MG SUSPENSIONDolodart 120mg Suspension is an analgesic and antipyretic medicine used to manage fever, mild to moderate pain, post vaccination pain and tooth pain in children. It contains Paracetamol as an active ingredient. Paracetamol inhibits the specific pathways that are necessary for activating the pain mechanism. It suppresses the synthesis of prostaglandins (pain causing chemicals) at the affected site. It manages fever by directly acting on the heat-regulating centres of the brain. This leads to dilation of blood vessels of peripheral body causing sweating and loss of body heat. Always give Dolodart 120mg Suspension as advised by your doctor. It is for paediatric use.
