Drotaverine relieves contractions (spasms) associated with smooth muscles in the abdomen. Mefenamic acid works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause abdominal pain and inflammation (swelling). DIRECTIONS FOR USETake DITIM MF 80/250MG TABLET as advised by your physician. For Tablet: Swallow DITIM MF 80/250MG TABLET with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. For Dispersible Tablet: Disperse DITIM MF 80/250MG TABLET in the specified quantity of water as mentioned in the label. Consume the mixture immediately after reconstitution.
