USES OF DISKET 10MG DISPERSIBLE TABLETDISKET 10MG DISPERSIBLE TABLET is used for: short-term management of sudden moderate to severe pain that occurs usually after any surgical procedure musculo-skeletal pain HOW DISKET 10MG DISPERSIBLE TABLET WORKSDISKET 10MG DISPERSIBLE TABLET works by blocking the effects of a substance produced during injury which causes inflammation and pain (prostaglandin) and it also inhibits the pain signals between the brain and nerve endings. DIRECTIONS FOR USETake DISKET 10MG DISPERSIBLE TABLET as advised by your physician. It can be taken with or without food. For Tablet, Capsule: Swallow DISKET 10MG DISPERSIBLE TABLET with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. For Dispersible Tablet: Disperse DISKET 10MG DISPERSIBLE TABLET in the specified quantity of water as mentioned in the label. Consume the mixture immediately after reconstitution. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration of DISKET 10MG DISPERSIBLE TABLET therapy for you depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition. Continue to take DISKET 10MG DISPERSIBLE TABLET for the stipulated duration prescribed by your doctor to achieve better results. SIDE EFFECTS OF DISKET 10MG DISPERSIBLE TABLETCOMMON nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, diarrhea, constipation dizziness, drowsiness, headache swelling sleepiness or lack of sleep nervousness fever UNCOMMON abnormal dreams, anxiety, dry mouth, hyperactivity, tingling and prickling sensation, increased sweating, euphoria, hallucinations loss of appetite, gas, vomiting, inflamed and sore mouth, gastritis, sore throat lack of energy, pain, back pain vasodilatation, throbbing sensation, high blood pressure migraine muscle or joint pain rash, hives discomfort, pain or burning while peeing RARE generalised swelling, hypersensitivity reactions such as anaphylaxis, anaphylactoid reaction, laryngeal or tongue swelling heart problems (irregular heartbeats, slow heart rate, chest pain, flushing, low blood pressure, heart attack, inflammation of blood vessels) skin disorders like exfoliative dermatitis, Lyell’s syndrome, bullous reactions including Stevens-Johnson syndrome, erythema multiforme and toxic epidermal necrolysis inflammation of pancreas, liver failure worsening of inflammatory bowel disease like ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease, ulcerative stomatitis blood disorders like agranulocytosis, hemolytic anemia, aplastic anemia, lymphadenopathy, pancytopenia (due to changes in the number of blood cells) postoperative bleeding increased blood sugar levels high potassium levels (shortness of breath, chest pain, nausea, vomiting) low sodium levels (whole body dizziness, fatigue, lethargy, weakness, thirst) aseptic meningitis (brain and spinal cord membrane inflammation), psychosis, fits bronchospasm (tightness of chest), pneumonia, respiratory depression conjunctivitis (eye inflammation) flank pain with or without haematuria, haemolytic uraemic syndrome (damage or inflammation of small blood vessels in kidneys) Stop taking DISKET 10MG DISPERSIBLE TABLET and contact your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following side effects: shortness of breath swelling, rapid weight gain skin rash bleeding in stomach (bloody or tarry stools, coughing up blood or vomit that may look like coffee grounds) liver problems (nausea, stomach pain, itchiness, tiredness, flu-like symptoms, clay-coloured stools, dark urine, yellowing of the skin or eyes, loss of appetite) anaemia (paleness of skin, light-headedness, fast heart rate, difficulty in concentrating, shortness of breath) kidney problems (little or no urine production, difficulty or pain while urinating, swelling of legs, tiredness, shortness of breath) heart attack or stroke (chest pain spreading to jaw or shoulder, slurred speech, sudden numbness or weakness on one side of the body, feeling short of breath) allergic reaction (hives, difficulty in breathing, swelling of face or throat) severe skin reaction (fever, burning eyes, sore throat, skin pain, purple or red skin rash that spreads and causes blistering and peeling)
