Introduction
DART TABLET is a combination of Caffeine, Paracetamol, and Propyphenazone belongs to a group of medicines called CNS stimulants, Analgesics & Antipyretics respectively. It is used to manage headaches, body aches, fever, backache, migraine and dental pain. Avoid smoking and consumption of alcohol while taking DART TABLET. It is not recommended for use in patients with a deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase or haemolytic anaemia, acute hepatic porphyria. Contact your doctor before taking. DART TABLET should be used with caution in patients with asthma, chronic rhinitis, chronic urticaria, bone marrow dysfunction, liver or kidney disease. Contact your doctor before taking. How It Works
DART TABLET helps with pain, where, Caffeine has a stimulating effect on the central nervous system by blocking adenosine receptors and improving alertness, drowsiness. Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic that works by increasing the pain threshold by inhibiting COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes and also acts on the heat-regulating centre of the brain and causing peripheral vasodilation, sweating and loss of body heat. Propyphenazone works by blocking COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes which are responsible for pain and inflammation.
Directions for Use
Take this medicine as advised by your physician. Swallow this medicine as whole with a glass of water and do not crush or chew the medicine. Your doctor will decide the right dose depends on your age, body weight and disease condition.
