INTRODUCTION ABOUT CREMADIET POWDERCremadiet Powder is a laxative used to manage constipation. It contains ispaghula husk as an active ingredient which increases stool bulk, makes stool soft and hence makes it easier to pass. Ispaghula husk absorbs water and forms a gel-like mass that moves down the digestive system and makes the stools softer by increasing its water content. It also lubricates the stool and increases stool bulk, as a result it increases the tension in the bowel wall which triggers bowel movements. Always take Cremadiet Powder as advised by the doctor. Recommended dosage is 1 spoonful 1-3 times daily or as directed by the doctor. It should be taken with sufficient fluids, preferably at meal times.
