Introduction
Cranfit Tablet is a non-antimicrobial agent which helps in promoting urinary tract health and may help in reducing the frequency of urinary tract infections. It contains Cranberry and D-Mannose as active ingredients which inhibit the causative bacteria to affect the urinary tract. Cranberry extract and D-mannose manages urinary tract infection (UTI) by binding to the fimbria (tiny hair-like projections) of the E. coli bacteria which is the major cause of UTI. Thereby it manages the attachment of the bacteria to the surface of the urinary tract. Always take Cranfit Tablet as advised by your physician. Take one tablet thrice daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicine with a sip of water and do not crush or chew.
