INTRODUCTION ABOUT CORIZA NASAL SPRAYCORIZA NASAL SPRAY is paediatric nasal drop used for symptomatic relief from nasal congestion in children. CORIZA NASAL SPRAY reduces nasal congestion, excessive nasal secretion and restores normal breathing. It contains a medicine called xylometazoline which works by thinning the mucus present in the nasal tract. Always use CORIZA NASAL SPRAY as directed by your physician.One to two drops in each nostril, one or two times daily or as directed by the physician. It is for intranasal use only. Do not use CORIZA NASAL SPRAY for more than 7 days without consulting your doctor. Before using CORIZA NASAL SPRAY inform your doctor if you have diabetes, hypertension, glaucoma, hyperthyroidism, or any heart problems. You must also inform your doctor if you have any other problems in nasal tract apart from nasal congestion such as chronic nasal inflammation with very dry nasal passages (rhinitis sicca or atrophic rhinitis). CORIZA NASAL SPRAY opens and clears the nasal passages. It works by narrowing down the blood vessels supplying the nasal passage. This helps swollen blood vessels of the nasal tract to return to its normal size which allows the air to pass through the nostrils more freely. It also reduces excessive nasal secretions and provides temporary relief from nasal inflammation, swelling and discomfort.

Drug-Drug interactions: Antidepressants such as monoamine oxidase inhibitors (Ex. moclobemide, isocarboxazid, phenelzine and tranylcypromine), tricyclic antidepressants (Ex. amitriptyline, nortriptyline), lithium, fluoxetine, sertraline, citalopram, escitalopram etc alpha-blockers (Ex. prazosin, terazocin) or beta blockers (Ex. propranolol, atenolol) antiglaucoma (Ex.
