Corgem Tablet is a dietary supplement used to manage calcium deficiency in the blood. It contains coral calcium and vitamin D3 as active ingredients that helps in enhancing the bone mineral density and bone strength. Coral calcium acts by directly increasing the calcium stores in the body resulting in increased bone metabolism and calcium deposition in the bones. Vitamin D3 is responsible for increased absorption of calcium by the body by acting on certain cells in the digestive tract. Hence, both the ingredients ensure increased concentration of calcium in the body. Always take Corgem Tablet as advised by the doctor. Swallow the medicine as a whole with a glass of water and do not crush or chew the medicine. Recommended dosage is one to two tablets in a day or as directed by the doctor.
