It is also used as a supplement to aqueous, lipid, or mucin deficiencies. Dextran, Glycerin, and Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose work together to retain moisture on the eye and slow the evaporation of the tear film. Thus, it protects against the symptoms of dry eye and provides long-lasting relief. Do not use COMFORTZ EYE DROPS if you are allergic to Dextran, Glycerin, Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose, or other ingredients of the medicine.
