Cobatus Tablet is a vitamin supplement that is used to manage Vitamin B12 deficiencies and nerve pain. It contains Mecobalamin which is a naturally occurring vitamin B12 in the body and is used to manage Megaloblastic anemia caused by vitamin B12 deficiency and Peripheral neuropathy. Mecobalamin is a naturally occurring vitamin B12 in the body. It acts as a coenzyme of methionine synthetase in the transmethylation of homocysteine to methionine for various metabolic functions that are important in cell replication and hematopoiesis. It also promotes the synthesis of nucleic acid and proteins, the production of all epithelial cells, and the maintenance of myelin sheath (a protective layer covering the nerve fiber) throughout the nervous system. Take Cobatus Tablet as advised by your doctor. Swallow the medicine with water. Take 1 tablet per day or as directed by the physician. Do not chew or crush. Do not exceed the prescribed daily dosage.
