INTRODUCTION ABOUT CLOSTAR GM CREAMCLOSTAR GM CREAM is a combination of Clobetasol, Clotrimazole and Neomycin which belongs to the group of medicines called Corticosteroids, Antifungals and Antibiotics respectively. It is used to manage bacterial, fungal skin infections with associated inflammation. This medicine should be used as directed by the physician. It is for external use only. Avoid contact eyes. It should not be used for any disorder other than that for which it was prescribed. The managed skin area should not be bandaged, otherwise covered, or wrapped so as to be occlusive unless directed by the physician. CLOSTAR GM CREAM can be used during pregnancy only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus. Contact your doctor before applying. CLOSTAR GM CREAM helps to manage infection, where Clobetasol belongs to Corticosteroids which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers that make the skin red, swollen, and itchy. Clotrimazole belongs to antifungal agent which stops the growth of fungi while Neomycin is an antibiotic which stops the growth of bacteria in the skin.
