INTRODUCTION ABOUT CLOBETA GM CREAMCLOBETA GM CREAM is a combination of Clobetasol, Miconazole and Neomycin which belongs to the group of medicines called Corticosteroids, Antifungals and Antibiotics. It is used to manage resistant dermatoses (skin infections) with secondary bacterial or fungal infection. CLOBETA GM CREAM is not recommended for use in patients with rosacea, acne vulgaris, perioral dermatitis, perianal and genital pruritus, viral infections (ex. herpes simplex, chickenpox) and perforated eardrum. CLOBETA GM CREAM helps to manage infection, where Clobetasol have anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive properties, which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen, and itchy. Miconazole belongs to antifungal which stops the growth of fungi while Neomycin belongs to antibiotic which stops the growth of bacteria in the skin.
Directions for Use
Apply CLOBETA GM CREAM as directed by your physician. It is for external use only. Wash your hands with soap and water and apply a thin layer of the medicine to the affected area of the skin and rub it gently. Avoid contact with eyes, face, groin or in the skin folds.
