Cipmol Tablet belongs to analgesic and antipyretic medicine used to manage mild to moderate pain (such as musculoskeletal pain, headache, toothache and painful menstrual periods) and fever. It contains paracetamol as an active ingredient which is used to manage mild to moderate pain and fever. Paracetamol acts as an analgesic and antipyretic which works by inhibiting the cyclooxygenase, COX-1 and COX-2 which are involved in prostaglandin (PG) synthesis. Thus, helps to reduce pain and fever. Always take Cipmol Tablet as advised by the physician. Swallow the medicine as a whole with a glass of water and do not crush or chew the medicine.
