CILACAR C TABLET is a combination of Chlorthalidone and Cilnidipine which belongs to the group of medicines called Antihypertensive agents. It is used to manage essential hypertension. During the course of management your doctor might regularly monitor your blood pressure, kidney function and electrolyte balance at regular intervals to avoid any untoward
