CHYMOMERG D TABLET helps in managing pain and inflammation associated with various conditions where bromelain is a protease enzyme which decreases inflammation by inhibiting the substances that are responsible for it called proinflammatory prostaglandins. Directions for Use

Take CHYMOMERG D TABLET as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicine as a whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration of CHYMOMERG D TABLET for you depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition.

Side Effects

Rutoside is a flavonoid that works by enhancing the strength of blood vessels and decreases their ability to break down. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug which acts by stopping the release of certain chemicals called prostaglandins which is responsible for the occurrence of pain and inflammation. DIRECTIONS FOR USETake CHYMOMERG D TABLET as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicine as a whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. SIDE EFFECTS OF CHYMOMERG D TABLETCOMMON headache, dizziness vertigo, sickness nausea flatulence, diarrhoea loss of appetite skin rash RARE sleepiness skin spots oedema (swelling due to fluid build up) Stop taking CHYMOMERG D TABLET and consult your doctor immediately if you experience the following side effects: mild cramping and tenderness of the abdomen followed by rectal bleeding or bloody diarrhoea stomach or duodenal ulcer, bleeding from the stomach or intestine, stomach pain or other abnormal stomach symptoms passing blood in your faeces, vomiting blood or dark particles that look like coffee grounds indigestion or heartburn allergic reactions (signs include sudden wheeziness, difficulty in breathing, swelling of the face, lips, hands or fingers, skin rash, itching, bruising, painful red areas, peeling or blistering) chest pain (sign of a potentially serious allergic reaction called Kounis syndrome)
