CHLOROMYCETIN APLICAP belongs to an antibiotic which stops the growth of bacteria that cause eye infections. It does so by managing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Drug - Drug interactions: Inform your physician if you are taking, methotrexate (used to manage cancer) azathioprine (used for the immune system) chymotrypsin (used as a dietary supplement) Overdosage: If you or anyone else accidentally uses too much of this medicine, you should wash your eye with plenty of water, if any painful symptoms continue after this, consult your doctor immediately.
