Centron Tablet is a nutritional supplement used to manage peripheral neuropathy (weakness, numbness and pain from nerve damage usually in the hands and feet) and megaloblastic anaemia caused by vitamin B12 deficiency. It contains mecobalamin (vitamin B12) as an active ingredient for managing peripheral neuropathies and megaloblastic anaemia. Mecobalamin helps in the transmethylation reaction, which speeds up the metabolism of proteins, lipids and nucleic acids. As a result, it has a healing impact on damaged nerve tissues. In those with neuropathies, it has an inhibiting effect on nerve degeneration. Also, it helps the body to make healthy red blood cells and nerve cells. Always take Centron Tablet as advised by your doctor. Swallow the medicine as a whole with a glass of water and do not crush or chew the medicine. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
