CEFTAVAG S 1.5GM INJECTION can also be used to manage specific sexually transmitted infections (gonorrhoea and syphilis), patients with low white blood cell counts (neutropenia) who have fever due to bacterial infection, Lyme disease (caused by tick bites), and infections during surgery. CEFTAVAG S 1.5GM INJECTION is not recommended for use in premature babies and new-born babies having jaundice.
