INTRODUCTION ABOUT CARNISURE SYRUPCARNISURE SYRUP contains levocarnitine, which belongs to the group of medicines called amino acid derivatives. It is used to manage levocarnitine deficiency. A congenital deficiency, various metabolic disorders, end-stage kidney disease, and haemodialysis management can all cause levocarnitine deficiency.
