INTRODUCTIONCANESTEN S is a combination of Beclomethasone and Clotrimazole used to manage skin infections caused by fungi like athlete’s foot, ringworm and sweat rash and helps to relieve symptoms like redness, soreness, burning, itching and discomfort of skin. Clotrimazole acts by blocking the biosynthesis of fungal ergosterol which leads to the disruption of fungal cell membrane and inhibition of fungal growth. How It Works
