INTRODUCTION ABOUT CALADOUX SOOTHING LOTIONCaladoux Soothing Lotion is a skin protectant and topical analgesic used to provide relief from the itching and pain associated with poison ivy, poison oak, poison sumac, insect bites and minor skin irritations and cuts. It contains Calamine, Lactokine Fluid, Light Liquid Paraffin, Vitamin E and aloe vera as active ingredients that help relieve dry and itchy skin. Calamine is a mixture of zinc oxide and iron oxide that exhibits anti-pruritic (anti-itch) and astringent action when applied on to the skin. Aloe vera exhibits soothing and hydrating properties that further calm down the skin and relieves the itch. Lactokine fluid soothes and calms the skin and accelerates the reduction of redness and irritation of the skin. It also vitalizes and energizes skin cells and prompts the synthesis of collagen. Vitamin E is an antioxidant that protects the skin from free radical-induced damage. Apply Caladoux Soothing Lotion directly on the affected area of skin by gently massaging until it gets absorbed. It is for external use only. Caladoux Soothing Lotion should not be used in pregnant women, breastfeeding women and children under the age of 6 months without doctor’s consultation.
