Introduction
BUSCOTAG P TABLET is a combination of Hyoscine Butyl bromide and Paracetamol which belongs to the group of medicines called Anticholinergics, Analgesics and Antipyretics respectively. It is used to relieve spasmodic pain such as pain and cramps in the muscles of the stomach (abdominal cramp), gut (intestine), bladder and urinary system. Before taking BUSCOTAG P TABLET, inform your doctor if you have a fast heart rate or other heart problems, problems with the thyroid gland, difficulty or pain in passing water (urine) such as men with prostate problems, constipation and fever. BUSCOTAG P TABLET is not recommended to use among pregnant and breastfeeding women. BUSCOTAG P TABLET contains hyoscine butylbromide and paracetamol. Hyoscine butylbromide is an anticholinergic that works by relaxing the stomach and gut (intestine) muscles. It stops spasms (sudden muscle contractions), thereby relieving pain, cramps, bloating and discomfort. Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain.

Take BUSCOTAG P TABLET as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicine with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. The correct dose and duration will be decided by your doctor for you depending on your age, body weight and disease condition.
