It is used to manage cough associated with bronchitis, asthma, emphysema, smoker’s cough, whooping cough, smokers dry cough and post-surgical cough. BIOCOF BR SYRUP relieves cough where Bromhexine reduces the viscosity of thick mucus secretions, helping in ejecting out the phlegm. Guaiphenesin thins and loosens the mucus in the lungs, making it easier to cough it up where Terbutaline relieves the congestion of the airways, and menthol gives a cooling sensation.
