BETASALIC OINTMENT is a combination of Betamethasone and Salicylic acid. Betamethasone works by blocking the production of certain inflammatory mediators called prostaglandins in the body and thus reduces the redness and swelling. It has anti-inflammatory proteins which are responsible for removing the scaly layers of the skin and reduces the redness and itchiness caused by the various skin problems.
