It contains mecobalamin, alpha lipoic acid, inositol, folic acid, pyridoxine, chromium, selenium, and zinc as active ingredients that help to overcome nutritional deficiencies. Alpha lipoic acid is an antioxidant which protects the cells from damage due to free radicals. It also promotes nerve function and lowers the blood sugar level.
