Introduction
BENITOWA CH TABLET is a combination of Benidipine and Chlorthalidone which belongs to the group of medicines called Antihypertensive agents. It is used in the management of hypertension. Hypertension (high blood pressure) is a common condition in which the long-term force of the blood against artery walls is high enough that it may eventually cause heart disease. Symptoms include headaches, shortness of breath or nosebleeds (if condition is severe). Along with this management your doctor might want you to make certain lifestyle changes such as eating a healthy diet, quitting smoking and alcohol, regular exercise and reducing your weight. Prior to the management your doctor might take certain blood tests to understand your existing condition. BENITOWA CH TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with low blood pressure. Directions for Use

Drug - Drug interactions: Before taking BENITOWA CH TABLET, inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicine: benazepril, metoprolol, ramipril, hydrochlorothiazide anti-TB (rifampin) itraconazole (used to manage fungal infection) cardiac glycoside (digoxin) H2 blockers (cimetidine) Overdosage: If you or anyone else accidentally take too much of BENITOWA CH TABLET, consult your doctor immediately or visit the nearby hospital. Symptoms of overdose are nausea, weakness, dizziness, and electrolyte imbalance.
