It contains Alpha lipoic acid, Benfotiamine, Mecobalamin, Inositol and Folic acid as active ingredients. Alpha lipoic acid helps to protect peripheral nerves and improves the function and conduction of neurons. Benfotiamine helps to reduce oxidative stress on neurons. Mecobalamin and Folic acid helps to lower elevated homocysteine levels, thus managing neuronal cell death, and increase substances needed to metabolize neurotransmitters.
