It contains a perfect blend of natural and synthetic ingredients which hydrates and moisturizes the skin. It soothes rough and dry skin, thereby making the skin clear, healthy, soft and supple. For best results, use BELLISSA PSORIA Soap as an adjuvant along with anti-psoriatic medicines. The palm oil, coconut oil, shea butter and olive oil present in the soap forms a protective layer over your skin and manages skin dryness or scaling. The Aloe vera extract and omega-3-fatty acids present in the soap soothes skin irritation and makes your skin soft and supple. The permethrin present in the soap manages skin infections caused due to dry skin lesions and scaling. Sprinkle water on BELLISSA PSORIA Soap and massage the soap between your hands to form lather. Gently apply the lather over the affected areas. Wash the lather liberally with water. Avoid contact of BELLISSA PSORIA Soap with your eyes.
