INTRODUCTION ABOUT AZIVENT 100MG SUSPENSIONAZIVENT 100MG SUSPENSION is used in children to manage infections caused by bacteria and other microorganisms, which include chest, throat, and nasal infections such as bronchitis, pneumonia, tonsillitis, sore throat, and sinusitis. It is also used to manage ear infections (such as acute otitis media) and skin and soft tissue infections (such as an abscess or boil) and sexually transmitted diseases (caused by Chlamydia trachomatis/Neisseria gonorrhoea) in the affected child. It contains a medicine called azithromycin, which belongs to the group of medicines called Antibiotics that works by preventing the growth of bacteria and helps clear up the infection. Before administering AZIVENT 100MG SUSPENSION, inform your doctor if the child has diabetes, myasthenia gravis (a condition marked by weak muscles), heart problems, liver problems (such as an impaired hepatic function), and/or kidney problems (such as impaired renal function).
