INTRODUCTION ABOUT ASCORIL + GINGER LEMON FLAVOUR EXPECTORANTASCORIL + GINGER LEMON FLAVOUR EXPECTORANT is a combination of Bromhexine, Guaiphenesin, Terbutaline, and Menthol which belongs to the group of medicines called Mucolytics, Expectorants, Bronchodilators, and Soothing agents respectively. It is used to manage cough associated with bronchitis, asthma, emphysema, smoker’s cough, whooping cough, smokers dry cough and post-surgical cough. ASCORIL + GINGER LEMON FLAVOUR EXPECTORANT relieves cough where Bromhexine reduces the viscosity of thick mucus secretions, helping in ejecting out the phlegm. Guaiphenesin thins and loosens the mucus in the lungs, making it easier to cough it up where Terbutaline relieves the congestion of the airways, and menthol gives a cooling sensation.
