INTRODUCTION ABOUT ARISTOMOL 250 ORAL SUSPENSIONARISTOMOL 250 Oral Suspension is used to relieve mild to moderate pain such as headache, toothache, sore throat and helps to reduce fever (high body temperature) in children. It contains paracetamol as an active ingredient that reduces fever and pain. Paracetamol relieves pain by increasing the pain threshold by inhibiting certain enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2) involved in the synthesis of chemicals responsible for inducing pain (prostaglandins). It reduces fever by directly acting on heat-regulating centres in the brain, resulting in vessel relaxation, sweating and loss of body heat. Give ARISTOMOL 250 Oral Suspension to your child as advised by the doctor. It is for paediatric use. Shake well before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
