Introduction
INTRODUCTIONARCALION 200MG contains Sulbutiamine which belongs to the group of medicines called Dietary supplements. It is used in the management of certain states of transient fatigue in adults. Transient fatigue is a condition of acute fatigue (constant tiredness or weakness) occurring due to extreme sleep restriction or extended hours awake within 1 or 2 days. ARCALION 200MG is not recommended for use in patients with rare genetic problems of fructose or galactose intolerance, total lactase deficiency, glucose-galactose malabsorption or sucrase-isomaltase insufficiency. Before taking ARCALION 200MG, inform your doctor about your pre-existing health conditions or allergies. Drug - Drug interactions: Before taking ARCALION 200MG inform your doctor if you have received or taking any of the following medicines: certain medicines used to manage high blood pressure (Ex. furosemide, torsemide) medicines used as general anesthetics (Ex. vecuronium, atracurium) Overdosage: If you or anyone else accidentally take too much of ARCALION 200MG, consult your doctor immediately or visit the nearby hospital. Symptoms of overdosage are agitation, tremor of extremities, restlessness and euphoria.
